Plot plan:  
diagram that shows the building’s location and outside electrical wiring, such as service entrance, transformers, poles, underground cables, etc.

Floor plan: 
diagram that shows the location of electrical systems on every floor, such as outlets, switches, lights, panels, motors, generators, etc.

Power-riser diagram:  
diagram that shows the vertical arrangement of panel boards and their connections to power sources and loads.

Control wiring diagram: 
diagram that shows the wiring and devices for controlling electrical equipment, such as relays, sensors, PLCs, etc.

Cabling layout scheme:  
diagram that shows the routing and termination of cables for communication and data systems, such as telephones, computers, cameras, etc.

Reflected ceiling plan:  
diagram that shows the lighting fixtures and their connections to power sources and switches on the ceiling.
